Animal Emergency Service’s Dr Alex Hynes was recently in attendance for the launch of the Future Vet Kids Camp – a school holiday program for kids aged 9-16 around Australian.
Dr Hynes gave the kids in attendance a taste of what it’s like to be a vet and even let them pet a special furry guest.
“I’m so excited to be a part of the Future Vet Kids Camp,” Dr Hynes said. “I grew up surrounded by animals and from an early age my dream was to become a vet, so the idea of a camp to show children what it’s like to be a veterinarian is just brilliant.”
