One way we plan on achieving this is providing a Clinical Support Line to Referring Veterinarians 24/7 so we are only a phone call away for advice, case discussion or referral updates. The support line is currently available to Referring Veterinarians in Brisbane and West Brisbane and we look forward to extending this to Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast in the very near future.
Who will you speak to if you call the Clinical Support Line?
AES Senior Veterinarians who hold Membership with the Australia and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (MANZCVS). They are highly qualified and able to provide expert advice. They will have access to patient records to discuss any details about our care or recommendations for treatment.
