Cath Clark has always loved animals. Her current role as Veterinarian at the Animal Emergency Service at Tanawah on the Sunshine Coast is a role that certainly keeps Cath on her toes. Cath loves that her job is both exciting and engaging, and she also loves the variety it offers – no two days are the same! For Cath, seeing her patients happy makes her happy too. She loves any case where the patient goes home feeling better than when they arrived. Cath’s most memorable (and biggest) case to land in emergency on her shift was a 50kg malamute in need of a caesarian.
As a mother of 2 young kids, Cath loves the work-life balance provided by AES which allows her to spend more time with her family and dog Daisy. Their favourite place for walks? – the beautiful bushland the Sunshine Coast has to offer!
